GramWise is an independent cannabis market information service operated by Mantlewood LLC. We collect publicly available cannabis retailer and dispensary menu information, organize it into a consistent format, and use it to describe the New Jersey markets we track.
We are not a dispensary, cannabis cultivator, manufacturer, distributor, delivery service, or marketplace. GramWise does not sell cannabis, process cannabis transactions, or arrange purchases between consumers and retailers.
Retailers, brands, products, and menu platforms referenced by GramWise are identified for informational and comparative purposes. Unless we expressly say otherwise, their inclusion does not mean they sponsor, endorse, partner with, or participate in GramWise.
We watch the market and report what we see.
Where Our Cannabis Market Information Comes From
GramWise collects product and pricing information from publicly accessible cannabis retailer and dispensary menus. Those menus are observed at specific points in time and processed through our methodology so products sold in different weights and formats can be compared on a consistent basis.
Cannabis menus change constantly. A price we observed Wednesday evening may be different by Thursday morning. Products can sell out, promotions can end, and retailers can change their menus at any time.
GramWise does not represent its data as a retailer's complete or live inventory.
Each retailer's own menu remains the authoritative source for current price, availability, promotions, and product information.
That distinction is important.
GramWise tells you what we observed. The retailer tells you what is available now.
What Cannabis Markets We Cover
GramWise does not claim to capture every dispensary, every product, or every cannabis market in New Jersey.
We deliberately focus on selected markets where we believe cannabis price comparison can be useful. The retailers and products included in an analysis depend on what GramWise successfully observed during that collection period, and coverage may grow or change over time.
When we describe a lowest observed price, average, median, market range, or similar measurement, that calculation applies to the retailers and products included in that particular dataset.
It does not mean we searched every cannabis menu in New Jersey and found the cheapest product in the state.
We try to make that scope clear because good market information starts with being honest about what was — and wasn't — measured.
Cannabis Price Comparison, Not Recommendation
GramWise compares observed cannabis prices. It does not decide what you should buy.
We don't rate dispensaries, endorse cannabis products, or declare one retailer or product better than another.
A lower price is simply a lower observed price.
Quality, convenience, brand preference, service, location, and the other factors that go into someone's purchasing decision are outside that measurement.
Nothing published by GramWise should be understood as medical advice, legal advice, financial advice, or a recommendation to use cannabis.
Accuracy, Historical Prices, and Corrections
We take accuracy seriously.
GramWise uses structured collection, normalization, validation, and review processes designed to identify and reduce errors in published cannabis market analysis.
That doesn't mean errors are impossible. Retailer menus can contain incomplete, outdated, inconsistent, or incorrect information of their own, and our collection or processing can occasionally get something wrong.
Before relying on a price, promotion, availability claim, tax treatment, or product detail, check the retailer's current menu.
If something looks wrong, we want to know.
Retailers and readers can contact Pat@GramWise.net with the observation in question and enough supporting information for us to review the issue.
If GramWise determines that an extraction, normalization, attribution, or reporting error occurred, we will correct the affected information when reasonably practicable.
There is an important difference, however, between an incorrect observation and an old one.
If a retailer publicly displayed a price when GramWise collected its menu and later changed that price, the original observation did not become inaccurate simply because the market moved.
For that reason, we do not ordinarily alter or remove accurate historical observations simply because a retailer later changes its pricing or would prefer that a different number appear.
Corrections are for errors. Changes in the market are part of the record.
Retailers, Dispensaries, and GramWise
GramWise may work directly with cannabis retailers.
A retailer might provide information, receive GramWise analytics, participate in a pilot or early-access program, or become a customer or partner.
Those relationships do not buy favorable treatment in our public cannabis market reporting.
A commercial relationship with GramWise does not determine whether a retailer is included in an observed market, how its prices are calculated, or how its information is treated under GramWise methodology.
When information is supplied directly by a retailer rather than collected from a public menu, GramWise may identify that distinction where it matters.
Keeping commercial relationships separate from public market analysis is part of the deal.
Requests to Remove Market Information
GramWise reports factual information about businesses operating in the cannabis markets we track.
As a general rule, we do not remove accurate market information simply because a retailer or brand would rather not appear.
That does not mean legitimate concerns are ignored. Factual disputes, intellectual-property concerns, access restrictions, formal legal notices, and similar issues are reviewed individually.
Our collection practices also have limits.
GramWise does not bypass passwords, CAPTCHA systems, login requirements, access controls, or other technical measures used to restrict access to information.
If information is no longer publicly accessible to us without crossing one of those boundaries, we don't cross it.
Cannabis Retailer Names, Brands, and Trademarks
Cannabis retailers have names. Cannabis products have brands. Talking meaningfully about the market requires us to identify them.
Retailer names, brand names, product names, and related trademarks belong to their respective owners.
GramWise uses those names and other identifying text where reasonably necessary to identify the businesses and products being discussed or compared.
Unless we explicitly say otherwise, appearing on GramWise does not mean a retailer or brand sponsors, endorses, partners with, or is affiliated with us.
We report on businesses; we don't pretend to be them.
Links to Cannabis Retailers and Other Sites
GramWise may link to retailer menus or other outside websites so readers can check current cannabis prices, availability, and product information for themselves.
Those sites are operated independently of GramWise. We do not control their pricing, inventory, content, privacy practices, terms, or accuracy.
A link is a reference, not an endorsement or partnership unless we expressly identify it as one.
Privacy on Gram-Wise.com
Gram-Wise.com is primarily a publishing and cannabis market-information site.
You don't need an account, username, or profile to read it, and GramWise does not maintain purchase histories through the site.
Like nearly every website, the services used to host, secure, and deliver Gram-Wise.com may process limited technical information necessary to provide and protect the site.
We will describe those practices accurately as the site's infrastructure is established rather than making broader privacy claims than the technology supports.
If you email GramWise, we receive the information you choose to include in that communication.
GramWise does not sell personal information.
Cannabis and Responsible Use
GramWise covers selected markets within New Jersey's legal adult-use cannabis market, but we do not sell or distribute cannabis.
GramWise's consumer-facing cannabis information is intended for adults 21 and older.
Anyone purchasing, possessing, transporting, or using cannabis is responsible for following applicable law.
Cannabis can impair you. Don't drive or operate machinery while impaired.
Things Change
GramWise is new, and it is designed to grow.
Markets may be added, collection methods may improve, business relationships may develop, and our methodology will continue to be documented as the system evolves.
These disclosures may change with it.
When something material about the service changes, we'll update this page rather than pretending a launch-day legal page can describe GramWise forever.
